To this day! I still think of Frank and you! Always a happy loving respectful love between you Frank and you. When I hear Amarillo by morning I still see Frank and you dancing with so much love when looking at each other. Time goes by but I still remember it before Frank passed. With great sadness I just learned from the latest Texas Aggie magazine of Frank's untimely illness and passing. I shared memories with Frank from the eight years spanning our high school and college days and regret that we had not seen much of each other since that time. I will remember most Frank's irrepressible smile, love of life, and love of people. He found faith, joy, and love in life, which is a most worthy legacy and a model for us all. Farewell old friend; we will miss you.

Dorthy,
I just learned of Frank's passing from my ex-husband. I am so saddened by this news! It doesn't seem long ago that I reconnected with him and Carl via email. It was fun catching up with both of them. I have so many wonderful memories of working with Carl and Frank at Golfsmith in 1973! They will always be special to me. My condolences for your loss.

Most days from fourth grade until Frank graduated high school, I walked to school from our home on fourth street in Bishop Texas with Frank, Mrs. Paul and their dog. (or some combination). Mrs. Paul taught all of us Senior English. We lived two houses apart. Walk on Frank. You will be missed by many.

Frank touched the lives of so many, near and far. His good nature was infectious, and his heart was as big as all outdoors. He will be missed, but long remembered. Golfsmith would have been a much smaller success without Frank's exceptional eye for detail, his compassion for the Golfsmith family, and his turtles dedication. Beyond great business success, Frank was a devoted and loving husband and father. Dorothy, my heart aches for you, your son's, and the extended Paul family. May God bless you all, and may He give you each that peace that passes all understanding.

The name did not ring a bell at first it's been so long. The "brown" picture when he was a youth; I ran across the same picture a few weeks ago while going through some old boxes at my house. Now it all comes back. I'm glad for him that he no longer suffers.

My heart is broken. To never again be able to eat lunch with Frank; to never again hear him ask me before a round of golf "Richard, do we have a bet today"; to never be able to play another round of golf with Frank...brings tears to my eyes. He was my dear friend, who I will never forget. "Frank, you touched my life and I know that you touched many more. I am thankful I had the priviledge to know you. May your soul rest in peace." Dorothy, Frank, Jr., and Glenn, we all share your deep sorrow for the passing of a good, generous, and decent husband and father!!!! May the Lord bless you!!!

What a sad loss. We had many memorable excursions in our High School days, and did get in trouble a few times or maybe just a little more than a few times. How simple those days were and how wonderful it is to be able to share it with the Grandchildren. Rest in Peace My Friend.
