I didn't know Mr. Frank very long but I was able to spend time with him everyday and he always made me smile. I looked forward to seeing him and hearing him say" Oh doll, you're alright to me" and then he would give me a kiss on the cheek.
To his daughter "Dee", you are an awesome person and a wonderful loving daughter. Mr. Frank looked forward to seeing you everyday and you always were there for him! He will be greatly missed!!
