Known to me as Pete, Franklin was a man who was loving and genuinely good to the core. Ive known and worked with him since 2004, and after moving to FL a few years ago, fortunately got to see him more often. His love for his family, friends and Peachy, were evident always. We worked very closely this last year recruiting, and he so cared about his teammates and candidates as well. Everyone loved Pete right back. On Facebook as Pearce Blair (his Stage Name), he had many friends worldwide and something positive to say on a daily basis. Always thoughtful, caring, respectful and fun to be with, Pete will be deeply missed. His loss is such a tragedy and my heartfelt condolences go out to his family. I will always remember Pete and be thankful for his friendship. RIP Pete.
