George CLIFTON Obituary
Passed away at Calvary Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Monday 18th January 2016. Dearly loved husband of Doreen for 65 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Peter and Genette, Judith and Des Paynting, Carol and Chris Hay, Kayleen and John (dec’d) Greig and David and Wendy. Adored Grandpa of his 16 grandchildren and Old Pa of his 23 great-grandchildren. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Isabel and Tom (dec’d), Jim (dec’d) and Enid, Rita and Joe (both dec’d), Ken and Maude (both dec’d), George (dec’d) and Melva, Ida and Aub (dec’d), Edith and Jock (dec’d), Marj and Stan (dec’d), Harold and Rita, Vic and Beryl and Gwen and Noel. Aged 88 years
Loved and remembered
always - forever in
our hearts.
Following a private burial, a Memorial Service of Thanksgiving will be held in the Wesley Uniting Church, Johnston St, Wagga Wagga on Monday 25th January 2016, commencing at 11.30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Refreshments will be served in the church hall following the service. No flowers by request. Donations will be gratefully accepted on behalf of Leukaemia Research and may be left at the church.
