I still think of Dr. Rowe all the time and treasure the advice and support he gave my growing family over the years. Dr. Rowe was always able to put me at ease as a new parent, and his use of humor was always spot on. I still chuckle thinking about him telling my boys that he was checking to see if they had monkeys in their ears. If it were for Dr. Rowe, my boys wouldn't be who they are today! Having two boys myself, I remember seeing the pictures of his two boys in the office and know he was so VERY proud of those young men! We are grateful that his family shared him with so many! Our crew will continue to treasure our memories and honor his kind, patient and generous spirit! Cheers to one of the best humans we've had on the planet!

There are just no words to describe the loss.....just no words. My family and I will miss him so very dearly--his kind words, his hearty laugh, his funny jokes--got us through some pretty tough times. The first time I walk through the Ridgefield office, past his office, I will not be able to hold back my tears for sure. My children's have been enriched by his love and dedication to the career he loved so much. Until we see you again...Patty LaFratta

Dr Rowe. What can we say. We are devastated and our hearts are hurting. You were a person of kindness , compassion for all and gave your heart to everyone of your patients. You were my grandchildrens physician. The first time I met you I knew you were that special person. You would laugh and tell my daughter grandma is right smile and shake your head we will talk at the hospital. Nathan our oldest said to his mom who will care for us . No one will fill your shoes. God had a plan and needed you for other work. Our hearts our empty they hurt. But we know you will live on. May you rest in peace with our Lord. Nathan Ainsleigh Natalie Nicole Jay McGhee. Dr. Rowe was such a kind and caring man. We met him at the office prenatal party. We were impressed when he took the time to answer our questions and that he spoke highly of our OBGYN. We loved that he was always happy and excited to see our son. He was patient and helpful to us as we navigated new parenthood. We are grateful for his service, love, and kindness. We are grateful for the time we were able to spend with him. We send love and prayers to his family. He is missed.

Dr. Rowe was my guardian angel! We have been with him since his residency at MCV. He had that special touch that many don't have. His passing has been really rough on our family. Saying prayers for all of his family and friends!

Along with many hundreds of patient families I am heart broken at this news. May God comfort his family in this sad time. Dr. Rowe was my boys' pediatrician for 18 years. Through many childhood ear infections and strep and other ailments Dr. Rowe gave 110% of himself, his knowledge and expertise and his love of children to my family.
Richmond has lost a gem.

I worked with Tom for many years taking care of his patients. His gentle but firm style and attention to detail was incredible. I will especially miss his great sense of humor. He is gone too soon!
