Gloria Hillman Obituary
Gloria enjoyed the simple things in life, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She was a strong, independent woman who loved to please other people. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend; she will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Addington.
Gloria is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, William "Bill" Hillman; daughter, Amy Wilkinson; step-daughter, Alicia Frazier; sister, Delores Healey; granddaughter, Bella Rayne Wilkinson; step-granddaughter, Courtney Dingus; step-grandson, Dustin Frazier; three step-grandchildren, Keelan Melons, Sebastian Dingus, and Ellora Dingus; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held on Friday (November 11, 2016) at 1 p.m. in the Christus Garden at East Lawn Memorial Park officiated by Chaplain Tom Edwards. All friends and family are welcome to visit at the Hillman residence immediately following the graveside services.
The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to the staff of Amedysis Home Health & Hospice, the staff of Wilcox Hall (W3), and a special thank you to Dr. Eric Schwartz for the compassionate care given to Gloria during her final days.

We are all in shock over the sudden loss of such a Sweet, Gentle woman. Her legacy of always being good to others, striving to be a role model to her daughter, and grandkids...will remain forever. To be absent in body is to be present in the Lord is hopefully how Bill and Amy and all can have comfort in this terrible time. We love you all
