Gordon Gale Menzies

Gordon Gale Menzies Esq., 84, of Wickford, died Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Kent Hospital. Born in St. Cyr, Quebec, he was a son of the late Dr. Gordon E. Menzies and Lillian M. (Gale) Menzies.
Mr. Menzies had his own private practice as a patent attorney for many years until his retirement. There was absolutely no doubt that Mr. Menzies loved his children and was always there to support and guide them. He had a wide circle of friends and possessed a great knowledge of local history, especially Wickford Village.
He leaves his six loving children who will miss him very much: Susan G. Woloohojian and her husband Jim of West Greenwich, Karen A. Glendinning and her husband James of West Warwick, Gayle E. Maloney and her husband Dave of East Greenwich, David B. Menzies and his wife Lea of Hope and Allison L. Stapleton and her husband Joseph of Norton, Mass. Cherished grandfather of 11 grandchildren: Lauren, Cara, Ruston, Courtland, Dylan, Brooke, AJ, Morgan, Joey, Shane and Daniel. He was the brother of Bruce Menzies of Wickford.
