Grace 'Marie' Snow

Grace Marie (Biddy) Snow, of Waltham, died on August 21st 2022 at her home. She was 79. Marie was born on December 12, 1942, the daughter of Amos and Grace (Ezell) Biddy. Born and raised in Waltham she was a graduate of Waltham High School. Nothing brought Marie more happiness than spending time with her family; she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and her best friends were always her sisters. She loved to host parties in her home and wouldn't miss any excuse to get everyone together. She also loved her animals and music. Her favorite pastime later in life was going on car rides while listening to her country music. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Snow and leaves her children Darlene, Deborah, Richard, Steven and Lisa; her grandchildren, Brandi, Samantha, Alexandria, Justin, Dominic, Philip, Karen, Thomas, Emma, Jenna and Avery; her great-grandchildren, Charlie, Autumn and Oliver; her brother, Donald and her sister Rita and many nieces and nephews. Marie was also the mother of the late Tammy and R. Frederick Snow, and sister of the late Edward 'Buddy', James, Ronald, Joyce, Carol, Jean, and Beverly. Family and friends will honor and remember Marie's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, on Thursday, August 25th from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Friday morning when her funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
