Gwen VINEBERG

VINEBERG, Gwen (née Levine) Born in Montreal, Québec, Gwen passed away peacefully at the age of eighty-eight. Beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Nancy and Brian, Joel and Stella. Adored grandmother of Janna and Melanie (Melanie). Devoted sister and sister-in-law of the late Marion and the late Gersh. Special auntie of Linda and Ivan, Gayle and Gord. Beloved friend to many. Gwen devoted her life to others. As a dedicated teacher for more than forty years, she touched the lives of countless students. After a triumphant battle with ovarian cancer, Gwen, through her volunteer work, devoted the rest of her life to helping others deal with this disease. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish Eldercare (Kastner 2 & 3 and Hope 3). Our heartfelt gratitude for their compassion and dignified care over the past five years.
