age 95, Dearly beloved partner of Carol A. Geiger (nee Hendricks); loving father of Donna K. Relyea (Bob), Diane L. Ehrlich and Dale W. Ehrlich; dear grandfather of Alexander and Scott Relyea; brother of the late Ruth Ostrom. Friend of Bill W. and Dr. Bob and a faithful member of the fellowship of AA since 1973. Member of Nicotine Anonymous since 1978. Proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, who sacrificed most of his hearing during the "Battle of the Bulge". Family will receive friends at the Mallchok Funeral Home, 5660 Ridge Rd., Parma, Ohio on Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Memorial service and burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, family would prefer memorial contributions in Doc's name be made to St. Peter United Church of Christ, 125 E. Ridgewood Dr., Seven Hills, OH 44131. www.MallchokFH.com
