Helen K. Beauchner

Helen K. Beauchner, 88, of Allentown, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 in Sacred Heart Senior Living, Center Valley. She was the wife of the late Frank R. Beauchner. Helen helped start her husband's business, Conmat Inc. in Allentown, serving as the secretary and treasurer. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Sunderer) Kleinsorge. Helen was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, and enjoyed attending her many class reunions. She enjoyed playing cards with her card club in Allentown for many years. While at Sacred Heart Senior Living, she enjoyed playing bingo and pinochle. Survivors: Sons: Frank R. Beauchner and his wife Diane of Allentown, Lawrence P. Beauchner of Emmaus and James A. Beauchner and his wife Jean of Allentown, Daughters: Kathleen wife of Kevin Malek of Macungie and Joan M. wife of Howard Gross of Durham, NH, Sister: Bernadine Kane of Allentown, Brother: Thomas Kleinsorge of Largo, FL, 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Services: Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, at 11:30 A.M. in St. Thomas More Catholic Church 1040 Flexer Ave. Allentown. Calling hours will be held on Monday, from 6:30 P.M. to 8 P.M. in the J. S. Burkholder Funeral Home 16th and Hamilton Sts.
