Helen March Obituary

Helen S. March, 89, of Pottsville, widow of Rubin March, passed away Monday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

Born in Poland, Sept. 15, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Bessie Slotky.

She was a member of Oheb Zedeck Synagogue, Sisterhood and Hadassah.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Sol Slotky.

Helen is survived by her children, Beverly, wife of Leo Greenstein, Plainview, N.Y., and Barry, husband of Linda March, New York City; grandchildren, Dr. David Greenstein, husband of Winnie Swan, Dr. Debra Greenstein and Jason Juceam; great-grandchildren, Charles Jacob and Brian David Greenstein; many nieces and nephews, including Todd March, Pottsville; sisters, Lillian Rosenberg, New Jersey, and Faye Adler, Virginia.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Lord-Bixler Funeral Home Inc., Pottsville, by the Rabbi Leah Richman. Interment will follow in Oheb Zedeck Cemetery.
