McAllen – Hilda Lucio, 76, entered eternal rest on December 31, 2017 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
She was preceded in death by her husband Pablo Lucio; her children Maria Antonia Lucio, Eloy Lucio, Noel Lucio(Debra) and Dora Lee Lucio(Andres Portales).
She is survived by her children Gloria Barrios(Lorenzo), Pablo Lucio Jr.(Lisa), Rene Lucio(Rose Lee), Brenda Bocanegra and Randy Bocanegra. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and 14 siblings.
Visitation was held yesterday, January 3, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission, Texas from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held today, January 4, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McAllen at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
