Jack was a blessing in so many lives and he touched me with his love many times. Everytime I saw him he gave me a sweet and heartfelt hug straight from the heart. His words of wisdom about the Lord are priceless to me. I will keep a special place in my heart to treasure Jack's memory. Thinking of all of the McClendon family at this difficult time. With much love and care, Beverly Braswell Blades.

Jack,
We are so blessed to have known you in this lifetime. We will miss your sweet spirit and incredible love for Jesus. While we have lost a friend, the Lord has called his child home for eternal rewards. God Bless and we will meet again!

Thank you for the life you lived Jack. You gave us all the best example of a life lived with one purpose - to bring the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to the world. We will miss your wonderful teachings and your keen sense of humor. I always remember you saying, "We will see him face to face one day and what a glorious day that will be!" We Love you.

I've had the pleasure of knowing the Mcclendon's all my life. I grew up with Steve, Staci and Sherri. Jack and Vera have had such a positive influence in my life and the lives of other young people. Sunday School teacher, mentor and awesome chaperones on many a choir tour! His wit was contagious. He was a strong, Christian man, who led by example. His legacy is a strong one and I'm confident that the Lord is saying, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Jack will be missed.

I only knew Jack our senior year in high school but remember his being a very nice young man. I am so sorry for your loss and pray the Lord will give you peace.
