We had so much fun as kids! His smile and bright eyes, I remember it so well. We grew up and away as most do but his passing leaves me with a heavy heart. I am so terribly sorry and your family is in my prayers.

Pat, Steve, and Josh,
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Jake. My heart sincerely breaks for you all, and for the great loss that you now endure. Know that even though the years have watched us go our separate ways, I still hold you all dear. Jake and Josh were my first true friends, and that is a bond that I shall always cherish.
Jake is, and always will be, a part of some of my fondest childhood memories. He was one of those rare individuals who would leave such an indelible mark upon the lives of others, that even time itself could never cause it to fade. Truly, the world is the lesser without him in it.
Jake, I pray you find happiness as you discover the secret to life's great mystery. Rest well, my friend.
