JACQUELINE ELIZABETH TABOR MILLER O'HEARN UNION TOWNSHIP
Jacqueline Elizabeth Tabor Miller O'Hearn, 85, passed into heaven, peacefully on January 2, 2017 at her home in Union Twp., surrounded by her loving family. Jackie was born in Gary, IN on August 22, 1931 to Annette and Mann Tabor. Jackie had six children, Ted (Theatus,) Miller of Texas, Charles (Bonnie) Miller of Valparaiso, Jacqueline (Ron) Green of Valparaiso, Katherine (John) Oberholzer of Colorado, Caroline Trumbo, South Bend, Mariline (Steve) Peabody, of Valparaiso, and honorary daughter, Manuela Reyes of Porter, IN. Jackie's "quiver was full". Jackie was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Miller, her son, Charles Mann Miller, daughter-in-law, Theatus Miller, her brothers Mann Tabor and Timothy Tabor, and her sisters Jeannine Jent and Emily Shobak. She has 18 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. Jackie was her husband Jim's "Sweetie Pie" and best friend. She loved completely and forgave easily, and will be sorely missed by all who loved her. Jackie was a source of love, strength, and faith in God to all her children and grandchildren. She shared her faith with everyone and prayed diligently for each of her family members. She wanted all of them to know her Lord so her family can all join her in Heaven one day. We are sure that when Jackie saw her Savior he said, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant!" Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Grace Chapel 157 S. Lafayette St., Valparaiso from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM with a service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Blachly Cemetery, Valparaiso. Moeller Funeral Home handling arrangements.

we are sorry to read about your Mom's passing; I had only talked with her briefly a few times but her children are a reflection of her warmth and friendliness.

It's so hard to lose someone as special as Grandma. We have nothing but wonderful memories of her, and we will always cherish them. We will miss her beautiful smiling eyes, her warm and open arms, and her special stories about all those she loved. The holidays all through the year won't be quite the same without her cards in the mail, she always wanted to let us know how much she loved us. She had a long life, surrounded by her family and friends, and many wonderful years with the love of her life, Grandpa Jim. We are comforted knowing she was able to spend her last days at home, and that she is now at peace. We love you Grandma!

What and honor to know such a mighty woman of God and to be graced with her presence. Our faith grew because we saw God honor every desire of her heart. No matter how great or what others would think were small. You all are in my prayers, Love Minister Edwina Shields and Home Away From Home
