It's hard to believe it's already been a year. It isn't enough to say that Jim was *like* a father to me, he truly *was* one. I don't know where I would be without his love, kindness, wisdom, and friendship. I have no siblings; when I wanted to play sports or video games growing up, he was there. When I missed the bus in the morning and needed a ride to school, he was there. You would never know I wasn't his own son. He was the most wonderful, kindest man I ever have or probably ever will have the privilege of knowing, and I count myself "Lucky" (many of you will get this reference) to have been his grandson.
Rest easy, Pop. I hope you're out there somewhere cheering on our Eagles. I love you.

Jim was a best friend and brother in law for over 50 years. We shared a lifetime of fun together and I always enjoyed making him laugh which he did with his movie-star smile. Jim was a great pal of mine who could never be replaced. I loved him dearly. May his memory be a blessing.

Barbara, Kim, Maryanne, Karen, and families, I'm so sorry for your loss. Uncle Jim was always fun to be around and he'll be missed.
I remember when he bought the Trans-Am and we thought he was the coolest uncle ever!
