On Sunday, January 6, 2019. Son of James R. Lydon, Sr. and the late Mary (Finucan) Lydon; brother of Dennis, Marsha, and Marty; survived also by nieces and nephews. Family will receive visitors Thursday, 3-7 p.m. at O'BRIEN'S, 3724 California at Cooper Aves., N.S., where there will be a Boliermakers Ritual at 7 p.m.

I first met Jimmy at verland, many years ago.. after a few years, I was hired as a PA for valley community services and started at park view where, to my surprise, got to meet Jimmy for the second time.. I couldn't believe that my buddy was here! Seems like he remembered me as his eyes lit up when her saw me.. he loved bottles and would take your soda if you left it out. When he wanted to go somewhere in a hurry he would run and gallop like a horse! He would be difficult to catch up to.. me and patty worked the night shift and he would sometimes get out of bed to keep us on our toes.. I wish i could tell him he was "ridiculous" one more time, just to hear him laugh.. rest in peace my little buddy..
