Parker, James H. age 89, of Crystal, passed away Aug. 6, 2010. Preceded in death by wife, Laura; grandson, Barry; brothers and sisters. Survived by daughter, Cheryl (John) Colford; son, Jerry (Carolyn); 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and brother, John. Visitation at the funeral chapel Sunday, Aug. 8 from 2-4 PM and 1/2 hour prior to service at church. Funeral service 2 PM Monday at St. James Lutheran Church, 6700 46th Place N., Crystal. Interment Glen Haven Cemetery. Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel 763-533-8643 5125 W. Broadway, Crystal

I did go to the hospital and had a short visit with Jim on Thursday.
