Janet Harkness Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Richard Combs.
Janet is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Harkness; two daughters, Donna Faye Dockins, of Branson, MO, Regina Ann Nixon, of Little Rock; a brother, Charles Combs, of Maryland; two sisters, Joanne Wolfe, of Greers Ferry, Shirley Wolfe, of Beebe, and a brother-in-law, Billy F. Harkness, of North Little Rock; grandsons, Larry Wayne Lilly, Jr., Steven Eric Dockins, J. T. Dockins; and five great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Dr. Balan Nair and his staff for their kindness and care during her illness.
A gathering in remembrance of Janet will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 18, 2002 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth with Rev. Mark Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Little Rock Hematology/Oncology Associates, 9500 Lile Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205.
