I loved him. He helped my mom and dad both. He saved my dad's life. When my dad had his heart attack. And some years later. He also was there for my dad again, when my dad had lung cancer. The cancer also went to my dad's brain. I remember when he talked to my dad, and told my dad he had cancer. Jeffery cried. When he told my father and told us. My dad asked him. How much time do I have, Dr Arnold told him maybe 6 months. But my father died in less than 2 months. We found out that dad, had the cancer on November the 1st of 2001. Dad's birthday was in November. He turned 63 years old and dad passed away on Christmas morning, 2001. I called Dr Arnold. Because Dr Arnold had gave me his personal phone number. And I told him that dad passed away. I remember Dr Arnold started to cry. And he kept saying, I am so sorry, I could not help your dad more. I told Dr Arnold. Yes you did everything you could, for my dad. And I thanked him for everything he done, for my dad. But in Dr Arnold eyes. He didn't do enough. He also helped my mother. See she had really bad asthma all of her life. And Dr Arnold said she had copd. And told her and us, that she had about 6 months to live. And he cried. He said you just lost you husband and you boy's just lost, your father. And now this. He could not express how sorry he was. And at the same time, he was angry that he could not to more. But mom lasted 8 months. With Dr Arnold care. He was the best doctor, I have ever seen. It was very sad that Dr Arnold died of cancer. The same thing that he has been, fighting against. For years with other people. Dr Arnold. Thank you so very much, for what you did. For my family. I love you. I will Shirley miss you. There not a person on this earth. That could not say enough for you. Thank you. God bless you. And thank you again for everything.

I send my sympathy to the family of Dr. Arnold. He is a wounderful doctor that brought me through a lot medically, Dr. Arnold always listened. Dr. Arnold had words of advice, good advice. He had a marvelous sence of humor. Shared some of his hunting trips. Dr. Arnold had pictures in his daughters in the exam room. He also told me where to go play pool, he said it's a dumpy little place but the best pool table in the Verde Valley. We have lost a wounderful, compassionate, doctor.
It will be very hard to replace all Dr Arnold attributes and professionalism.
My our Lord Jesus Christ comfort the family for their loss.
Thank You for letting me share, being I was not able to attend his memorial service.

I just learned of Dr. Arnold\'s passing, and I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to his family, friends, and all those that love him and will miss him greatly. My brother, Steve Pitts, is special needs, and was Dr. Arnold\'s patient for twelve years. Dr. Arnold was not only kind and attentive to Steve\'s needs and medical care, but was also the same to my aging mother and to me when Steve would have his appointments. Please know that prayers will be offered for Dr. Arnold\'s soul for him to draw ever more near to God throughout eternity and for comfort for his family, friends, and loved ones. With loving condolences, Ginny Snyder

Our sincere condolences go out to Dr. Arnold's family and friends. Dr. Arnold was a phenomenal physician who took extremely good care of my medical needs. Not only was he a brilliant and compassionate physician but obviously a man of character and deep abiding love for his family and friends. Dr. Arnold will be sorely missed in our community. Thank you, Dr. Arnold for your care and concern of me and many others whose lives were enhanced by your skill, knowledge and most importantly by your genuine caring for your fellow human beings.

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of Dr Arnold. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, children, family and friends. I used to work for Cottonwood Internal Medicine, when they were located in the old building. Later, when I worked at the hospital I would see Dr Arnold frequently in the halls or cafeteria, grabbing a quick coffee on his way back to the office. He ALWAYS had a smile on his face and a "good morning" for me. I never got to see much of Dr Arnold, once I no longer worked at the hospital. I very much missed our quick but nice conversations as we passed by each other in the halls of the hospital. I know he was an awesome Dr, but he was also a very nice human being who will be greatly missed. I'd like to think that maybe he's having a beer with my Dad up there in heaven. May God be with the family.
