Jeffrey Mellinger Sr. passed away peacefully at his home on October 30, 2012 surrounded by his family. A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
Jeffrey was born on November 14th, 1945 to AnnaBelle (Welling) and Henry Mellinger in Mt. Pleasant, PA. He married Mary Jane (Walters) on December 7th, 1968. Jeffrey proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife Mary Jane, daughters: Stacy (Brian) Kozakovsky of Leisenring, PA, Allison (George Galanis) of Shalimar, FL., Son: Jeffrey Mellinger Jr. of Shalimar, FL. Grandchildren: Lorriane and Brian Jr. Kozakovsky and Nickolas Galanis. Brother: Greg Mellinger, and many nieces and nephews
Proceed in death by his parents Henry and AnnaBelle, Sisters: Sharon, Patricia Jansen and Mary Lou Fisher. Brothers: Lesley and David.
Jeff enjoyed playing games on his computer and spending time with his grandson Nickolas.
