Jennifer Kristie Silver Adamson of Dallas, GA cleared the last gate and rode into paradise on March 9, 2015. She died at home surrounded by family. Jennifer was born in Tampa on October 12, 1969. She grew up in Tampa and Fort Myers, Florida. She developed a talent for playing the viola while attending Ft Myers Middle school and a love for horses riding in Hunter Jumper competitions out of Windsprint Farm. Jen attended Fort Myers High School. She was Worthy Advisor of Ft Myers Rainbow Assembly. She worked for several years at Cheeburger, Cheeburger on Sanibel.

Jen moved to the Atlanta area after high school and worked at Sevenanda in Little Five Points. She married Scott Doran Adamson, in 2001 at the Abby in downtown Atlanta. She continued her education in computer technology and at the time of her passing was employed as IT specialist and project manager by Nations Roof in Douglasville, GA. Jen was a free spirit, a loving wife, and an energtic, fun-filled mother of two boys who enjoyed ATV's, archery and playing video games with her husband and sons. She was a funny, spunky encourager to all her family and friends. In spite of her illness, Jennifer continued working and riding, or just being with the horses as long as possible. Jen fought a courageous 18 month battle against colon cancer and inspired us all with her bravery and feisty positivity. Jen was predeceased by her grandparents, Elmer & Mary Silver of Longmeadow, Mass. and Donald & Natalie Bullock of Cape Coral.

She will be greatly missed and always remembered by her loving husband, Scott and her awesome sons Doran Neo Adamson and Logan Silver Adamson ( all of Dallas, GA), by her parents John and Lee Silver, sister Heather O'Connell and niece Kayleigh O'Connell (all of Cape Coral, FL) and by her large Georgia family and many friends. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 14 , in Decatur, GA.
