We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was witty, whimsical, intelligent and endlessly curious about the world around him. May his memory live on with you and all the rest of us.

John was one of the nicest person I ever met. He will be missed.
On a few occasions, Andrea invited us over to their house for lunch, reflexology and reiki get together and John always made us feel very welcomed.

I met John dancing, and we spent time together walking, having deep conversations, and playing. I feel fortunate I got to know him, and I remember him with love.

Mere words cannot begin to express my deep sorrow upon learning of John's passing. He was a wonderful and truly gentle man. I so much enjoyed every moment with him and and his beloved, Andrea. Every memory of John is a wonderful memory. Every memory of every dance, and meal and adventure is a wonderful one. He will be missed for a long, long time by all who knew him. Sending love and prayers for peace and understanding. May he rest in eternal peace.

I will miss John, his sweetness, his reliable and wonderful help, our conversations when he would come to help with a project and then , after, have a cup of coffee with maple syrup! What a good, kind man!

John was a dear friend. We had many enjoyable evenings together discussing and tasting wines, stronger libations, and French food. The last bottle we emptied together was peach vodka: we finished it! Andrea drove home, of course. John's mind was
all-encompassing: literature, the outdoors, plants, sculpture, frozen pipes, movies, hiking trips in the Northeast, drives to Maine, the best way to use a snowplow shovel, tool boxes, politics and the lack of civility therein, raspberry jam, and so much more.
John, we miss you dearly!

It's hard to believe he's gone. I've known John since he was 8 -- essentially forever. He was the senior patrol leader at Troop 162 when I was the scoutmaster. We've hiked and camped and canoed together many times over many years. I've known him when he lived in Philadelphia, Cleveland, Ohio, Indiana, and Connecticut. In recent years I've enjoyed spending a day with him each autumn in New Hampshire. We were planning to get together again soon. He was one of the good guys! I'll miss him.

Dear Andrea and Bisbing Family,
John was a special cousin and we have great memories of spending summers together swimming off the 14th street pier by the bay in Ocean City NJ. In our adult years we toured Sedona Arizona taking several hikes which he really enjoyed. We hiked in 2020 at Joshua National Park along with Andrea and he loved simply looking at scenery and enjoying nature. Such a kind person who never had a negative comment about anyone. We loved John Paul very much and he will be remembered for his passion always to please others. Blessings to everyone especially Andrea who was always the love of his life.

I only met John a handful of times over the last decade but could see his kindness and genuine affection for Andrea. May he RIP.

We have so many great memories of John! He had the kindest heart, the wisest mind, and a great sense of humor. He helped transform our yard into a garden haven. I will miss our wonderful, wide-ranging conversations, diners and his warm smile and gentle voice.
