You´ll be missed my friend, but jealous you´re now spending eternity with Jesus! One of my fondest memories of you was when Holy Spirit knocked you over at The Mission.

John and Jean - a lovely couple. John had an interesting life, and he would share fascinating stories when I would see him at church and in small groups. I didn't get to know him long enough, but it was always a pleasure to see him.
God bless you, Jean.

Despite only knowing John (or Pops, as I called him) for the last six years, he made an incredible impact on my life. He was a very loving and passionate father figure to all he encountered - always willing to share a piece of wisdom, a story, or a joke to lighten the mood. My favorite memories are of us sitting around the dinner table in Rochester listening to stories of England, his life and family, and occasionally when he would sing an old British folk tune. His grandson Kyle and I planned our wedding in 6months so to have him and Jean there in good health, and it was the most blessed day. I will cherish our time together forever, and one day hope to share his memory with future generations of Bricknells.
