What a wonderful compassionate man he was. He brought hope to so many people. He always had a smile on his face. He had a brilliant mind. He will be missed.

What a wonderful man and Dr. Thank you for all you did to save my Daughter's life. We missed you so much upon your retirement, it wasn't always about a medical visit... It was about the heart, indeed an angel here on earth. Condolences to the family. I have no doubt God was awaiting with open arms, now he's resting in peace.

I first met Dr. Costanzi in October 2004. He told me he would cure the breast cancer that had invaded my body. He kept his word and I am going on 17 years cancer free. He was a very caring doctor and loved by his patients. Thank you Dr. Costanzi, I will never forget you. Olivia Taylor, Round Rock, Texas.

Dr. Costanzi was the first oncologist I met when we moved to Austin in 2000. He was a brilliant physician and loved by those he cared for. His passing is a great loss for Austin, Texas, although he had been retired for a while. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
