John was always that final ingredient to the perfect
flight crew. Humorous, friendly and above all professional.
I’ll see you on our next layover old friend.

I had the priviledge of knowing John both at Chennault AFB in Lake Charles ,La. and at Braniff. He was a quiet spoken total gentleman. He will be missed.

John, I loved your closing line - to you the sky was home. How true for all your comrade pilots. It was a pleasure to fly with you. Well see you later in the wild blue yonder.
