John, my brother, who I admired and respected was the kindest and smartest brother a younger brother could have. Growing up, we shared countless adventures, from playing in the backyard, to participating in sports, trips to the library and swimming pool, to helping each other with our chores. John's passion was always education where he spent every available minute he could with books. He acquired a wealth of knowledge and integrity which led to a successful academic career. We were always the best of friends and I will greatly miss him.
