Condolences to Evette Pollard and Jenkins' Family. John was a long time friend of My Dear Daddy, Matthew Wilson, who passed away 20 years ago. John assisted me in my caretaker role as he would take my father to dialysis and other errands. My last memory is his volunteering to help me drive to my 84th Family Reunion in Newport News, Va., three years ago. John left a wonderful legacy of serving my Family and I will be forever grateful and will miss our occasional talks and memories of time past!
