I had the great pleasure to not only work with Fr. Kerber at St. Mary Magdalen but to pray with him as a parishioner for 5 years. Such a kind, gentle, sweet man who also looked a lot like my grandpa (which he heard all the time, pipe and all) and who tolerated my quirkiness and my "it's Friday!dance" I will miss you Fr. Kerber...thank you and give Jesus a hug for me! Fran

Father cared for my parents during their later years while at Our Lady. Once when Dad was hospitalized, he needed an advocate in the middle of the night. He didn't want my Mom to venture out at that hour, so he called Father Kerber who came immediately. I was there years later when Father came to the house to give Dad the Sacrament of Last Rites. He was a good and faithful servant. I pray your family is comforted by the hope we have in our faith. May he Rest In Peace.

I had the honor to be a teacher at Our Lady during the years he was our Pastor. He was very devoted to the Parish and school. He would always light up when he was with the school children especially the younger ones. He came back for a visit many times after his retiement. Rest in peace.

Over 50 years ago at the age of 14, Father Kerber was my catechism teacher, blessed me with the sacrament of Baptism and First Communion, and celebrated Confirmation with me.
Father truly was a gift from God sent to me to change my life forever.
Peace Be With You Father.
Forever grateful,
Linda B.

I was thinking about all the people in my family that he married, baptized, visited when they were sick and brought Communion. Then it dawned on me how many people he ministered to in his 60 years as a Priest and I am in awe. He was truly a good man, dedicated to the Lord.

I thank God for bringing Father Kerber into my life. He was a wonderful Priest and person. He brought me into the faith through RCIA, and I am forever grateful.
You could find a more dedicated man/Priest to the faith. You will always be remembered.
Rest In Peace
