John you owned my dream house on Frog street and I just learned of your passing today. Never met a man who could put a smile on your face quicker than you. I caught huge bass at balsam lake on my birthday Sept 16th and thanked Jennifer for such a perfect day as I shed a tear. You will be forever remembered as the old guy who was prettier than I. Hope you're family knows you were loved by all. Will see you up there with the rest soon enough. Hope your new house is made of stone without an ounce of Mono foam in sight and your smiles are still bigger than mine.
