December 3, 1936 - January 19, 2023 Palmetto, FL ? John P. Pagliarulo, 86, passed away Thursday January 19, 2023, at Manatee Memorial Hospital with his loving daughter Pat by his side. He was born in Bristol, CT on December 3, 1936. He was the youngest of eight children to the late Giovanna &Angelina Baptist Pagliarulo. He lived most of his life in Bristol and

some time in Wolcott CT with his now deceased wife Elizabeth McIntyre Pagliarulo. He served 6 years as a PFC in the US Army, during which he was awarded a Good Conduct Medal. He enjoyed spending his

free time at the Elks Club in Bristol socializing with family and friends. He retired from New Departure as a Millwright upon which they relocated to Palmetto, FL to spend out their retirement years. He enjoyed

golfing and being with friends, each taking turns hosting get-togethers and playing cards among other things.

John is survived by his two sisters, Antoinette Ziogas, and Tina Zuk, both of Bristol. Also, histwo daughters, Catherine & Brian Coupland of Torrington CT, and Patricia & Horace (Orie) Marino of Newport NC, along with many many nieces' nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is predeceased by three brothers: Vito, James, and Peter Pagliarulo and 2 sisters: Lucy Tonon and Mary Byko al of Bristol CT, and one daughter Wendy Pilliose Southington CT.

He will be laid to rest next to his wife at Sarasota National Cemetery, graveside service with Military Honors at the convenience of his family.
