JOHN WESLEY STARK, JR.  1932 - 2018  
Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2018 in Dumfries, VA. John was born in The Dalles, Oregon to his parents, John Wesley Stark Sr. and Angela Anastasia Beede Stark. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a degree in Business Administration in 1954. He served in the US Army from 1954-1956. Thereafter, he traveled the United States while working for The Boeing Company then for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. He married Rita Marie Boutin, the love of his life, in 1967. The Stark's moved to the East coast where John worked for most of his career at the Federal Reserve Board. He retired in 1991 and dedicated his remaining time to family, home life and friends. John loved following sports, rooting on his Washington Redskins football team, following politics and enjoying lunches and other social activities with friends. Survived by his loving wife, Rita Marie Stark; his dear sister and devoted brother-in-law, June Stark Casey and John Desmond Casey of CA; nephew and wife, John Stark Casey and Sabrina Casey of CA; many in-laws, nephews and nieces of Quebec, Canada and three grand nephews Justin, Nathan and Dillon Casey of CA. John's interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

Our deepest condolences to Aunt Rita as well as to June and your loved ones for your loss. We remember Uncle John fondly. He will be missed but please know that he will live on in our hearts forever - Marcelle, Valerie, Anne-Marie (and family)
