A memorial to celebrate Jack's life will be held in Clute,TX at the VFW Post #8576 Hall Monday, April 4, 2016 beginning at 5:00 pm. The VFW is located at 238 Johnson Cook Rd. Clute, TX 77531.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the charity of your choice.
Arrangements under the direction of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, Houston, TX.
