Johnny Horton Obituary
He was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on January 01, 1955, to Susie M. Horton and Judge A. Horton. He was raised by his mother and stepfather James A. Kennedy in Peoria, IL.
Johnny is survived by three brothers-Willie Buchanon of Michigan, Sam Horton of IL, and Omar Horton of Georgia, three sisters-Celeste Dupri of MN, Earline Horton of IL, and Darlene Horton of IN, a host of nieces, and nephews who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, and nine siblings.
Memorial Ceremony will be held at Swan Lake, date pending

Johnny and I went to grade, middle, and high school together. We also attended church together for a while. He was always a very nice person. My sincere condolences to the family.
