Joseph Lee Blaxton, age 39, passed away unexpectedly on January 21st, 2023.

He was born to Kenneth Lee Blaxton and Panzy Marquita Jones on May 10th, 1983 in Moulton, Alabama.

Joseph spent most of his life in Morgan County, Alabama. He graduated from Austin High School.

Joseph loved working on projects with his father, including construction, home improvement, and vehicles. He had a passion for helping people whenever he was able to, and his sense of humor would light up a room. Joseph could figure out how to fix almost anything. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Joseph spent a lot of his time studying the Bible and he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. He is proceeded in death by his mother, grandparents and two cousins.

Joseph is survived by his father, Kenneth Blaxton, his wife, Abigail Blaxton, his sons Dallas (age 1) and Reign (age 10 months), and many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

A celebration of Joseph's life will be held from 6pm to 8pm Friday, January 27th, 2023 at Rose Lawn Funeral Home (741 Danville Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601). Joseph's funeral is at 2pm Saturday, January 28th, 2023 at Rose Lawn.
