Joseph Emile Cloutier, Jr

Joseph Emile Cloutier Jr (Joe/Jr), 85, passed away on April 8, 2023. He was born to the late Joseph E Cloutier Sr and Lillian Cloutier of Winchendon Springs, MA. He grew up with 5 siblings: Virginia, Angelina, Lillian, Dorothy and Fred. He served three years in the US Marine Corp before becoming a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker. Joe and his late wife of 58 years, Carol, moved from Massachusetts to California in 1965 and to Simi Valley in 1969 where he lived for the remainder of his life. He is survived by his siblings, Dorothy and Fred, his daughter Penny Hatlee, her husband Eric, son Todd, his wife Christine and grandchildren, Andrew (Lindsey) and Dustin Hatlee, Jessica and Jacob Cloutier. He also has two great grandchildren. In death, Joe is furthering education and research by donating his body through the Anatomical Gift Program at USC.
