Joe was a great neighbor. He would offer to help whenever he was around, even when he stuggled to do so. Joe was great with kids. The neighborhood will miss him very much.

I was saddened to read this morning of Mr. Frank's passing. He used his position as an NA educator and coach to positively influence several generations of students and athletes. He will be missed by many who had the benefit of his guidance.
