JOSEPH A., age 97, Dec. 28, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Lena R. LaCorte; devoted father of Loretta (John) McCauley, Dorothy (Thomas) Dinan, Sam (Belle) Moffa and John Moffa; loving grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 9. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing and Funeral Tues. morning 9 to 10:30 A.M. at VINCENT GANGEMI FUNERAL HOME, INC., Broad and Wolf Sts. Funeral Mass 11 A.M. St. Monica Church, 17th. and Ritner Sts. Ent. Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers family request donations to Frederick Mennonite Community, 2849 Big Rd., P.O. Box 498 Frederick, PA 19435-0498.

It is with great sadness that I learned of Joes passing. I also worked at PSFS and know how much Joe gave of himself to his job as well as how his peers respected his talents. Joe, always gave you a direct and straight answer and one that you could count on. He was a true manager of people and just a good person. We often traveled on the train together after work and after attending PSFS Quarter Century Dinners. I recall one night driving Joe home following one of the Dinners while discussing the old neighborhood, mutual friends and of course exchanging stories of his brother Tony.
I wish to express my sincere condolences to Joes entire family in this time of your loss.
