Joseph F. Racano, of Yonkers died on Saturday May 25, 2013, at age 87 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. Joseph was born in Flushing New York on December 4, 1925, where he was raised and educated and attended local schools. He worked as a laboror for the A & P Supermarket in Elmsford, NY, for many years prior to his retirement. He was a World War II US Army Veteran, having proudly served his country. He is survived by his loving wife MArcella (Gagliano) Racano and his very dear friend Ronald Dinkins. All Services are private at the request of the family.
