He is survived by his mother, Veronica Lopez; father, David Lopez; brother, David Lopez II; grandparents Jesse and Yolanda Mercado, Orlando Mela Lopez; aunts: Corinna Matlock, Ida Smith and her husband, David, Yolanda Heigel and her husband, Chris; uncles: Ramie Mercado and his wife, Marissa, Jesse Mercado III and his wife, Rosie, Andre Mercado, Joe Lopez and his wife, Talitha and numerous cousins.

We have all lost a magnificent soul. There wasn't a time I could not smile when he would cut his eyes a certain way. His spirit and big grin would fill a room every time and there weren't too many people that could match his wit. I thank God for putting such a special person in my life.
