Joshua Payne Obituary
Joshua Michael Payne, 22, of Troy passed away on July 21, 2015. He was born on June 22, 1993 to Joe Payne, Jr. and Tracy Dawn Agee.
He was a well-loved young man who was creative in every way. He was never a stranger, and he was more caring for his family and friends than he was for himself.
He is survived by six grandparents: Joseph and Scottie Payne, Brenda Payne, Bobby and Peach Martin, and Charlotte Martin; his step-parents Terrance Agee and Sheila Payne; three sisters: Heather Woody, Samantha Woody, Destanie Payne; three brothers: Shane Pleasants, Sterling Payne, and Marshall Payne; one niece, Lizzie Burns; two nephews: Taylor Burns and Ryan Pleasants; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, and the love of his life, Emily Cowgill, his love story.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 5 PM to 9 PM at Teague Funeral Home in Charlottesville, VA. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, July 25 at 10 AM at the funeral home, with a burial to follow at Beaverdam Church Cemetery.

As the time passes I hurt more knowing I'll never be able to smoke,chill,and play video games with u ever again are just sit and and talk for hours at a time about nothing you will always be missed but never forgotten. Joe and Tracy, it's been such a very long time since we last saw Josh. It must have been down at the farm when we brought Big Joe some steamed crabs for his birthday.
