Joyce Rosen

ROSEN - Joyce C. (nee Joffee), too damn young, of Bergenfield, NJ, passed from this world on June 14, 2015, while surrounded by family and friends. Born in New York, Joyce was raised in Manhattan and Dumont, NJ, where she graduated from Dumont High School. She worked for many years as a medical assistant, retail manager, chocolatier and candy entrepreneur. Joyce married Marc Rosen on June 23, 1996, and moved to Bergenfield, NJ, where she always impressed as a talented decorator, gardener and cook, hostess with the mostess, caretaker for an adorable array of dogs, and was above all a loving and devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother and all-around amazing matriarch of a wacky extended family. She will be forever missed by her beloved family, including husband, Marc, her sisters Marilyn, Diane and Abby, her daughter Heather and son-in-law Jason, her son Josh and daughter-in-law Mandy, her son Todd and daughter-in-law Kristy, her niece Jody and her daughters Brooke and Mia, her nephew Michael, his wife Jessica and their sons Alex and Jason, and her grandchildren Aiden, Sydney, Leah, Will, Ella, Kate and Evie.

Funeral services were held at the chapel of Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Home, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015.

Interment followed at Cedar Park Beth-El Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
