Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary In Loving Memory Of KAIMI JEFFREY KALEIALOHAIKAIMINAAUAO KWOCK MING TONG Born: November 6, 1978 Died: December 14, 2006 God gave Hawaii a gift on the date of your birth; Rainbows appeared on Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Molokai, big island too. Strong swells arrived through-out the islands and the fragrance of pikake, tuberose and plumeria kissed the air. Through-out the islands Hawaiians cooked laulau, made poke and poi and put on full pots of rice Kalua pig and Da kine. Ukulele's played and people would sing giving thanks to our Lord for His gift of this day. Now, God has called you home so you can smile from above, we thank you Kaimi for your friendship and love: Rest in loving peace. Alfredo Kaimi was a musician. He is survived by Mother, LaVerne ( Alfredo) Tong Rivas; Father, Ernest Tong; Brothers & Sister, Raymond Tong, Javier and Xochitl Rivas; Grandmothers, Nona Ciacci and Mildred Nakoa; Uncles & Aunties, Edmund & Susan Tong, Paula & Andy Rabanas, Mary & Jacob Barros, Naomi & Kimo Landgraft, Liz, Kalani, Ned, Kauai Nakoa & Clifford & Michelle Nakoa; Cousins, Koo-im, Ekolu, Michelle, Nani, Edith, Francis, Nona, Kimo, Kawika, Michaelynn, Katrina, Joylyn, Kapono, Emma & AJ. Visitation from 4p.m. to 7p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2006 at St. Louis school Mystical Rose Oratory, services at 7 p.m. mass at 8 p.m. scattering of ashes on the North Shore at a later date. Aloha attire, Leis are welcome; donations may be made to St. Louis Scholarship in the name of "Kaimi" Tong.
