Kathryn Anne Stevens passed away peacefully at home in Ormond Beach, Florida, on December 20, 2024, at the age of 79. Born on March 21, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Robert and Anne Stevens, she was raised in Mentor, Ohio, attending St Mary's School and Regina High School, South Euclid, Ohio, graduating in 1963. She is survived by her siblings Robert P. (Catherine) of Branchburg, NJ, Thomas (Barbara) of Mentor, OH, Margaret of Tucker, GA, Frances of Willoughby, OH, Jerome (Hellen) of Simpsonville, SC, Timothy (Molly) of Madison, OH, and Christopher (Sheila) of Oro Valley, AZ, and many nieces, nephews, cousins. She will also be missed by dear friends, especially Laura. Preceding her in death were her husband, Michael Cehand, her parents, nephew Robert J, and infant brother, James (b. 1948). She was probably best known for her love of animals, particularly dogs and cats. Her pets were rescue animals. She would stop on highways and byways if she saw dogs in need of assistance, driving them to shelters or vets as needed. Kathryn retired from the IRS in Cincinnati, OH.
