BRUCE _ Keith 1927 - 2007 Keith Bruce, beloved father of Robert (Junko) Bruce, Susan Dixon and Joseph Whelan, passed away suddenly at the Peter Lougheed Centre on January 1, 2007, at the age of 79 years. He was predeceased by his wife Dolores in 2006. Keith was born in Birmingham, England, served with Royal Air Force for three years and in 1949 he immigrated to Canada. Keith worked for thirty-five years at Calgary Transit as an operator. Funeral Services will be held at CALGARY CREMATORIUM CHAPEL, 3219 - 4 Street N.W. (within the valley of Queen's Park Cemetery) on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 12:00 noon. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, Suite 200, 119 - 14 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6 (Telephone 403-264-5549) or Alzheimer Society of Calgary, 201, 222 - 58 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB T2H 2S3 (Telephone 403-290-0110). I knew Keith only a short time....he was a quiet, gentle man. I know he will be missed.

your dad will be missed alot i worked with him at transit and had some fun times with him and he rode with me after he retired on the killarney bus,he was a gentle man and we all loved him,we will share with you on his passing the loss of a good man
