I think it is so wonderful that my grandpa touched so many peoples lives. He will be truly missed, as he was truly loved...

I'm so sorry for the loss of your loved one. I'll never forget Mr. Gibbs reading The Hobbit to my grade 5 class in 1982

Kerry Gibbs was my Grandfather. He was one of the most wise, most kind men I have ever met. Grandpa Kerry introduced me to a world of art, literature and outdoor adventures that shaped the foundation of who I am, the things I love, and what I aspire to in the future.
In many ways he was like a father, who taught me how to do my firsts of so many important things, like riding a bike. He taught me about ancient kings and pharoas, and helped me "wish upon a star". I will carry my Grandfather close to my heart forever and always. I miss you, and I love you Grandpa. Rest in peace.
