My husband and I were not able to attend the memorial service for Kim. We met Kim while she worked at the Riverhouse and became friends immediately. She invited us to family dinners and Thanksgiving at her home. We shared many meals with Kim and her family. We attended the wedding of her and Frank. We have lost her here and earth but heaven has gained an angel. She always called me Sister. Love you much Sister.

Our family would come to both the riverhouse motel, and Greystone lodge where Kim worked at least once a year.
We loved sitting and talking to Kim while drinking coffee in the lobby. We grew to Love Kim and looked forward each trip to seeing her and talking to her as much as we enjoyed the Vacation.
We are going to miss her so much and the trips will not be the same without our cherished time we spent with her.
To Franklin and her Family, please know that the great memories of Kim will live with us forever, we will never forget how kind she was to us. We will deeply miss seeing her and talking with her on our trips to Gatlinburg.
We are praying for comfort and healing during this difficult time.
With Love,
Kevin, Dana, Luke, and Morgan Hartman

Kim and I were friends for many years. It already felt like she was family. Then she married my cousin Michael and we were then really family. We shared a lot of fun times over the years. I will miss hearing from her.
