Kimm Sharp Obituary
Kimm D. Sharp, 58, of Mulberry passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 in Lafayette, IN. Kimm was born on May 27, 1957 in Frankfort, IN, the daughter of Edward A. and Louise M. (Goff) Sharp. She is survived by a sister, Yvonne Morris of Canton, OH; three brothers, Maurice (Shirley) of Rossville, Tom (Mary Jane) of Columbus, and Larry (Linda) of Bloomington; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her long-time partner, Michele Schiery and their son, Benjamin. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Avonell and Bonita; and three brothers, Arthur, Paul and Jack. Kimm enjoyed reading, music, and playing golf at Edwood Glen on the Ladies 9 Hole League & Ladies City tournament for many years..
Arrangements are being handled by Simplicity Funeral Care in Lafayette. Based on her wishes there will be no service at this time. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lafayette Cancer Society. Share memories and condolences at www.simplicity-funeralcare.com.

I was so sorry to hear of (Aunt) Kimm's death, and have many memories of playing with her as kids, since she was just one year older than me. She loved her Johnny West action figures, and especially the horses made for them. For a time, she also had a baby racoon for a pet, that I think was called Rocky, that we were pretty envious of - it was so cute! I am sorry as adults, so many things got in the way of continuing to play a part in each others' life. My sincere condolences to her partner and son.

Kimm was my supervisor at Andover. We always butted heads (but I butted heads with everyone). But, Kimm always knew how to make everything good again. I haven't worked there for years and I no she hasn't either but, the 8 (maybe more) years I spent as her as my supervisor was a great experience for me. She was an amazing women all around.. I just started a new job and I was ask "who was my favorite supervisor or boss. I told her Kimm Sharp, why? because Kimm always knew how to talk to us as workers, she made us feel like me made a difference. She was and still is an amazing person in my eyes. I didn't see her much now a days, only when we ran into each other when we were out. I still will miss her and she will always hold a special place in my heart. She was and AMAZING PERSON in side and out. She will never be forgotten. Great person gone way to soon.
