Kirstin Linn Cole 40 years of age passed away at the University of Michigan hospital with her family nearby. She departed this life on May 24, 2022 and will be forever remembered. Kirstin was born to the Parents of James & Cheryl Reed in Lansing Michigan. She came from a loving family and attended the Lansing school systems, graduating from Everett High School in 1999.
From an early age Kirstin knew she wanted to help children, which was her passion. Her career path led her to work in developmental studies, which prepared her as a pre-school teacher. She was a bright light for those little angles as she help shaped those lives. Kirstin loved being outdoors, she would often bring her children, nieces and nephews to the park for their enjoyment. Some of her favorite locations were Fenner Nature Center, Impression Five and going up north to the family lake house.
Kirstin was a true soccer mom as all five of her children play the sport as her husband Jeremy was the coach, although you could hear her instructing him on what to do. Together they created wonderful memories of love, togetherness and family time. Kirstin had the ability to touch many hearts with her gentle ways, humbling personality and beautiful smile. She was just a caring human being who left us too soon.
Surviving to cherish her memories husband and best friend Jeremy of twenty-one years; children Madison Auvenshine, Drew Cole, Alayna Cole, Brianna Cole and son Henry Cole. Parents James &Cheryl Reed; Siblings Kimberly Brown, Debbie Koidl, James Reed, Jason (Nura) Reed and Kara Reed. One granddaughter and one grandson along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place on June 18, 2022 at 1PM 535 E. Jefferson, Dimondale MI 48821. Those desiring can make contributions to the family in Kirstin’s memory.
